Shredded and aesthetic are not the same thing...
Head over to the nutrition resource section... All you need is a great diet and cardio.
Good work losing all that weight!
But you wont look very aesthetic until you put some muscle mass first.. Take the advice above, get in the diet section then pump that cardio and weights!
If you're asking about steroids, its not the answer for you right now.

I'd hold off on any AAS at this time. Many people jump on them to early without a solid natural base. This often results in injury due to the speed of muscle growth n insufficient ligament/tendon stregnth.
Step #1 start hitting the weights.. start out light and work your way up in reps / weight each week. Focus on form first and everything else second. Do not overdo it. An injury is going to throw a monkey wrench in your goals.
Step #2 Add cardio on each day you don't lift or on the same day if you can.
Step #3 Get on a structured diet
Step #4 Buzz that nasty chest hair
No steroid will shred you up period. Very common misconception about aas. You have made good progress thus far, get your diet tweaked and you will start seeing some changes.
You've just lost a lot of weight. Dramatic weight loss is hard on the body. You need time. Time to reach your natural potential with food, training, rest, etc. It takes your body some time to stabilize itself at a particular weight, it's the body thermostat. I wouldn't do anything dramatic like taking steroids for at least a year. Train naturally for a while and reach your full natural potential. Then come back to the board and you'll find some really good cycles to extend your training into the AAS range. My .02
I agree with above statement...There really is NO magic pill or injection. Some things will aid you in reaching those goals better than others but you still have to get your diet and workout plan on point or you're basically shooting in the dark. Once you get everything in alignment you WILL see changes and positive results.
