any good results using the pro rated protien

Not jumping on ya, but this has been answered about a thousand times already. I personally use it with great results, it tastes great, mixes well, and you can't beat the price. Do a search on it and you'll find out more about it.

ditto. The vanilla is the best tasting vanilla whey i've ever had. Mix it half milk, half water (so i dont get gassy) and you'll love it. The price also can't be beat. My shipment came in last week. well worth the cash you shell out.
