So the good news, I realized I am 44 not 45 (woohoo!). The bad news I'm losing my mind...
So, getting my BF down, I do lots of cardio work and my calorie consumption is reasonable. The only times I have been able to reduce my BF in the past is starving myself combined with lots of daily cardio - 1-2 hours per day. But I no longer have the time and more importantly my knees cannot take the punishment - I am ex army and years of running in boots combined with squash takes its toll.
So I am all ears, hit me with your best advice

how do I bring down my BF?
