    It will be at least another year before I'm on the arnold stage lol I might go, it's not a far drive.

    I saw your recent progress thread.. lookin big bro.. keep up the good work.

    Would be awesome to have a fellow board member runnin that stage.

    Im a fan of Fouad Abiad i think he looks awesome i get daily pics of him from musculation pro on FB just find there page and like them if u want all the latest news on BB and motivation videos!

    Yeah he's got an awesome physique, I would like to see him do well. Standby on here trains at the same gym as him I believe.
