In my early twenties i was well into bodybuilding, trained for 5 years got a good foundation before taking a small cycle of dbol sus and deca which i reacted really well to but never really researched pct and ways to keep the gains, so i lost prob half of what i had gained un naturally, then over the next 6 years i stopped training due to work and other commitments not letting me give it my all. Now i've been back training for just over 12 months and seem to be hitting my plateu already so was considering taking another cycle of juice, i have read extensively in the 6 years i didnt train and have excellent knowledge of nutrition and diet and know now what works and doesnt as far as my training routine goes, i have waited till now as its took me the last 3 months to get my diet right.One thing im worried about is my cholestrol as i recently had my bodyfat measured at 28 percent which came as a shock as i do weights 3x a week and cardio 2x. I have managed to reduce it to 22 percent over the last 3 weeks by reducing my carbs drastically but feel like shit at the same time and strength has suffered, i read that sustanon makes good cholestrol come down and bad cholestrol go up? would it be a good idea to reduce my bodyfat some more before i start my course or am i totally wrong in thinking bodyfat has a direct link to cholestrol?Was thinking of maybe goin the docs and getting some bloods done to be sure, a cholestrol check and maybe have my test measured before i start??Do i have to pay for this at my GP's?
Also can anyone give me advice on what im planning on taking, im 33 yrs old, 5 10, 230 lbs, 22 percent bf which is mainly round my waist, i intend on taking 250mg sustanon every 4th day , i have 20ml of sustanon so should go a little over 10 weeks, last time i took gear i never used nolva or any anti e but didnt have any probs so im guessing this time round i shouldnt either but have access to nolva clomid and proviron which i know im going to need for my pct,am i right in thinking i just use the proviron for libido loss but the other two are used together to get everything working again and are a must following the cycle? what dose of these should i be taking witha cycle like this? Would it be a good idea to kick start the first 3 weeks with a few dbol a day, i remember doing this with my first cyle? Any help much appreciated, thanks in advance.
