    Bloating

    Had a question about Bloating, fro both pre cycle, and during cycle. I tend to bloat naturally, while gas-x doesn't do anything, and alka seltzer is hit or miss. I've begun taking probiotics to aid digestion. I am 27 and have low T. Any recommendation to combat my bloating? Either from the store or by "order" only. Ginger root supps didn't help either. And I follow a low sodium diet as well. If I missed anything feel free to ask so I can get the best advice possible.

    Are you lactose intolerant by chance? I get all messed up on dairy.

    How much water are you drinking and since probi has your frequency in bowel movements changed at all

    I would suspect it's probably some type of food allergy whether it be lactose or other. Unless your protein consumption is ridiculously high?

    I do 2-3servings of nitrotech Hardcore pro series protein supplement/day, 3times if i work out in addition to a grilled chicken sammich usually. Creatine7(the t is a 7...not sure if it matters....didn't change when I used C4) I'm not lactose intolerant and go to the gym 5X/week at least....sometimes 6.

    oh yeah, im not lactose intolerant, i don't drink as much water as I should during my workouts. My BM's are pretty regular and normal.
