TRT 14 months need PCT Help

Hi everyone, Been on TRT for 14 months Test.CYP 100mg/week....need some help on a PCT program..........experiencing low sperm volume and testis shrinkage..been seeing the urologist but he acks like it to be expected.....was reading threads that advise using HCG alongside with Clomid and some sway use Novadex the more I read the more choices...any help please

are you trying to get off TRT for good? if so its too late, you will never get back to where you were, you are shutdown by now. but if you are taking a break so you can get your wife pregnant its another thing. i'll let the experts chime in regarding getting your sperm production back!

Thanks Bass, Taking a break The doc. led me to believe a 100 mgs. /week was not enough to add any AR

bass is correct, getting back is going to be very hard especailly since you were not taking hCG.

I need to understand; are you on a prescribed TRT protocol and if so why?

You need to understand the mechanisms associated with HPTA suppression.

This can all be mitigated with the use of hCG as part of your overall therapy.

What are your E2 levels.

Hard(er), but not too late. However it won´t be fun.
I was shut down about same length as you, and my levels are now ok, with 60mg ED Tore.
Read Swifto´s PCT thread, and do one of his "aggressive PCT´s" fronted with HCG. Think it´s on the 1´st page.
Something like 1000iu HCG EOD for 2 weeks followed by 6 weeks Tore/Tamox, find someone to hold you hand when you become a little bitch, and do BW 1-2 months later, x your fingers.

Yes I was on a prescribed TRT Im 58 been training most of my life., test free was 367., Estrone was 67 Thanks for the help guys

I'm confuses on why your doctor would want you to come off TRT unless it's the typical lack of understanding what he is doing in regards to TRT. It will only make things worse for you.
gdevine has several good write up if you read the sticky notes above in regards to HCG and it's benefits.

J - What's confusing about his OP is "PCT".

If all he's asking is validation on the use of hCG to back-fill the pathways and keep his testicles functioning I don't know why he'd ask about a PCT?

I believe the sticky has enough information to validate it use or he can just go living with tiny sore nuts and a really tight sack...LOL!

Sorry if you don't get my meaning, I been on a doctor prescribed TRT for 16 months., now my nuts are smaller and the volumn of my loads are less, I have not used HCG but Im hoping it can help me rebound, just read so much info. on it Im getting confused. Heading back to Thailand in 2 months and I want to be ready. Ill follow Swift'o thread Thanks
