I made these today and they are fantastic. They will definetely get me past any sugar cravings.
one package instant chocolate pudding sugar and fat free
3 cups skim milk
3 scoops met rx protein plus powder
2 tblspoons shredded coconut
2 tblspoons slivered almonds
Mix together and pour in greased pie pan or pan of choice. I cut mine into quarters and each quarter is approx. 200 calories-28 carbs-23 protein
