Thread: Champions diet?

    Thumbs up Champions diet?

    Hey guys, so I started this diet for cutting ...please let me know what do you guys think...thanks

    Meal 1- 1 cup egg whites,I cup berries
    Meal 2- 1 sweet potato, brocalli
    Meal 3- 5 oz chicken and 1 rice cake
    Meal 4(after gym) - I cup brown rice,1 cup egg whites, 1 cup fruit and 2 whole eggs
    Meal 5- 5 oz tilapia
    Meal 6- chicken 5 oz
    Meal 7 protein shake at night

    Any suggestions and the reason I named this champions diet was because I got it from me.ontario(past) all most exactly what I wrote here.

    2. Total cals and macros for above diet?

    4. Whats ur workout look like?

    5. Cardio? How often, how long, what intensity, when u do it?

    heey thanks, and currently im 19, 5'11, 259 lbs
    ratio- not exactly sure but its protein-carbs-fat...protein is around 290g, carbs are around 100
    workout are heavy, one major part a day or 2 small a day. for example just back on one day or shoulders and triceps on same day.
    for cardio i try to do 45 minutes a day and weight lifting from anywhere 2hrs to 2.5 hrs(train with a partner)
    5-6 days a week
    STARTED DOING THIS NUTRITON AND FITNESS AROUND A MONTH AGO.
    im not saying i will use aas cause obviously i have to loose weight naturally first also get more training under my belt.

    bodyfat around 26%
    fat around 78(last time i checked) lol
    and yes i just did

    At 259lbs 26%bf

    Lbm: 191.66lbs

    Maintenance: 2874cals

    Cut at: 2374cals 60-20-20 pro/carb/fat
    356g pro
    118g carbs
    53g fat

    Post a diet hitting these macros. Im on my phone so this is gonna be shorter. Will get back with u laTer when i have my laptop.

    Split ur protein between 6meals and ur starchy complex carbs between meal 1, pre workout, post workout

    Have green veg in 3 meals and dont worry about the carbs in them.
