Hey guys, so I started this diet for cutting ...please let me know what do you guys think...thanks
Meal 1- 1 cup egg whites,I cup berries
Meal 2- 1 sweet potato, brocalli
Meal 3- 5 oz chicken and 1 rice cake
Meal 4(after gym) - I cup brown rice,1 cup egg whites, 1 cup fruit and 2 whole eggs
Meal 5- 5 oz tilapia
Meal 6- chicken 5 oz
Meal 7 protein shake at night
Any suggestions and the reason I named this champions diet was because I got it from me.ontario(past) all most exactly what I wrote here.
