they dont make them. Try being 5'6 with an 18 1/2 inch neck and 32 inch waist. I only buy shirts that fit my neck if i plan on wearing a tie and i only do that to weddings or funerals. But if you need it buy one that fits your neck and have it tailored to fit your body.

    This is your best bet:

But if you want a shirt that fits right, you're going to need to do what gixxer said.

They arent designer or anything and I havent bought in a while but but you used to be able to order Stafford from JC Penney in 18 1/2 athletic fit. I prefer the broadcloth.
The arent perfectly cut but they are acceptable and reasonably priced.

Other option is of course tailored shirts or off the rack taken to tailor and altered. I have a couple I did that with as well.

I think I have the hardest time finding clothes. I'm 5'4" with an 18" neck and 19" arms. But, the best thing is to get your stuff tailored.

Jos A Bank has good deals and real nice quality. They have sales all the time and you only end up paying about $100 for two shirts that normally cost $100 each. I get a lot of suits and shirts from Jos A.

I have dress shirts with an 18.5" neck. before the body was always real bulky like you describe. a few years back, we found a place that has the slim cut, so now not so bulky. Let me see if i can remember where we got them... it's been a few years
