Hello everyone...my question is what is the best way to use hcg while on cycle? A couple 500 i.u. shots a week or every 3rd or 4th week with 500 i.u. everyday? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Typically I do not start hcg until i am 3-4 weeks into my cycle
