What does your cycle consist of?
More than likely not enough water, to much salt although you need some salt or it will also cause cramps.
Cheers was thinking it was not enough water. Test 400 deca an dbol off deca now finishing off what dbol there enough for another week at 50 mg then off stopping for a while 2nd cycle going on equipose and test 400 dbol to kickstart didn't like deca
Thats one hell of a first cycle. You cant drink too much water so i would recomend starting there. I dont think it would make a difference but are you running a AI?
No wen am done my cycle I have nolva there but am not sure if i Shud use em as I have got any gyno or much sides at all I no I Shud have something to bring my natural test back but I feel grand so I might wait an see.
I say this with no disrespect, but you dont seem very knowledgable about the proper proticol of running AAS. You should look into running a AI and also proper Pct, just my 2cents
dbol could be causing you the cramps also but yes water should help.
None taken mate but I Dnt have bad side effects so am not too worried at this point but if I get sides then I will run AI my pct was goin to b nolva just as I said.

Are you sure its cramps and not pumps, i get crazy pumps just by walking, and putting on my clothing in the morning, it hurts like hell sometimes but its great hurt if you get what i am saying
Also sides might not be acting up, but that does not mean that your bp and e related sides are not affecting your body. Just a suggestion, get an AI and run it.Originally Posted by Nixy
Cheers for input. Will defs look into AI. Felk defs cramps mate because its only part of the muscle
Get your hands on some Taurine and Potassium (available at any grocery/nutrition store), and drink more water. As well, perform some extra stretches at home with the muscles that are cramping.
