    making the switch. e/c to clen

    I've been running e/c stack and am interested in switching up to clen and give it a try. I've got a bf% of about 6'1", 17-18%, 26 yr old and 268lbs. Total intake ed is 88mg e and 1200 caffeine. I just drink coffee all day instead of taking caffein pills

    1- should I taper off my e/c and start clen after a 2 wk break it can I jump right in to clen. I've heard if ppl stacking both ec abs clen but don't think I wanna to that route.

    I have no bad sides at all right now, could I expect clen to be a little less harsh ?

    Should ad that my goal is to get to about 13-15% bf so I can start my aas cut cycle. Diet is ok check and has been. Dieted from 320 since Sept 2011

    you don't need any type of fat burners to get from 18% to 13%. are you aware that clen is mostly used to get to single digit bodyfat? just get your diet in check, and you should be able to reach your goal bf in a month

    I'm aware of the diet and as said, I've Dieted down at a steady pace of 2lbs a wk since Sept. I was looking at more of an aid. If you think its pointless now, ill just keep on keeping on. At the pace I've been going, i shoukd see 13-15% in 6 wks. I've been able to keep my strength so far, which is very important to me because I was competetive in piwerlifting.

    If its wiser to wait until 13%, I will wait to stack w my cycle. Which i would like to post but it won't let me because I don't have enough posts. Thanks for your input. That's why I asked!

    yes, it's wiser, because using clen at 18% isn't that different from dieting naturally. i mean you won't get faster results with clen at that bf. i suggest hitting about 10-11%, then start your cycle. and don't stack clen with your cycle, i heard it's pretty bad. you can do it afterwards

    I don't impact but that's why I asked and joined this board, but I don't see a problem starting at 13-15% I'm looking to drop a couple % w ny cycle. Also, I don't see why its bad to use clen on cycle? Clen t3 is usually a common thing on a cut cycle. I'm not necessarily getting into to show shake, but if I start at 13-15% and drop to 11-13% on my first cycle, I don't see that as anrealistic goal.

    Again, thanks for your input and hopefully ill get a fee more responses

    oh sorry bro, i didn't notice you specified you're going to do a cutting cycle. then yes, you can use clen+t3 combo, but be sure to throw some AAS in there, as t3 can get pretty catabolic

    Yea sorry. I still haven't hit my 25 post count so I'm limitied to what I can say. but yes, I'm at 17-18% now, going to cut to 13-15% then get on aas cut cycle stacked w clen or eca. Prob not t3. But I was more interested in how to transition from ec to clen correctly. Or if I should stick w ec. Thanks
