First let me say thank you to all of you that take time out of your day to answer questions.
I am 36 years old, love to run and exercise and eat right. Over the last year I have noticed it is harder to get going. I get sore from the same run I have done 100 times before.Sex desire has gone down, and I just feel sluggish. I did some reading on low Tes and went to the doctor. He did blood work and my Tes level came back at 356. He said this was on the low side of normal and that low Tes was not my problem. I did not agree with him. I took my test at 7am. I decided to get a second opinion. This time my blood work came back with a Tes level of 375. Again,I was told this was a little low.BUT normal for my age. Took this test at 8am.
Now I am looking into raising my levels on my own. I do not want to get huge.I just want my life back.My first run of the year was just awful. My worst time yet.
What I am asking is do you think this is a good idea?? Should I try another Dr.???
