proteins( protein shakes, 3 6oz servings of chicken a day) carbs (greens, brown rice, yams, sweet potato) some p-nut butter for snacking...most of my research about the hgh seems to lead me to believe thats its a great fat burner( i know it doesnt work miracles, diet will be very important) and helps put on size. was thinking of using it some t3 or clen to help me cut fat quicker and still have gains at the same time. i havent used anything in a long time but just going about things natural but was looking for a lil chemical assistance
