    Arimidex

    I started my first cycle yesterday, 500mg Test E two pins a week (250 per pin). I am taking .25mg Arimidex EOD and I have a good pct. My question is about the arimidex. It came in 1mg tabs and they are tiny. When I split them in 1/4 its like taking a crumb. I just wanted to make sure thats all I needed.

    .25mg eod should be good to start with n adjust if you need. Just try to split them as evenly as possible... maybe get a pill splitter if needed

    Just picked one up. I was also wondering if I need to start taking milk thistle?

    You don't need milk thistle for arimidex.
