Deca / Test?

OK i am 40yo 5'9" 195lbs 21%bf. I have been on test and HGH for almost 6 months. 4iu HGH 5 daw and 1ml of test c 200 a week. I just got my deca the other day and I want to start taking it. But I have some questions first. I have been told to take 400mg of deca a week. My question is how much Test should I take with it? I have enough Deca for a 14wk cycle.

deca 400 a week, test 500 a week and keep ur hgh where it is. ull like the results of all three. make sure to use an ai and if u wanna be safe a anti prolactin can be helpful

Half of each. Split up on two different days.

Mon morning then thur night is typical. I would listen to Dr pepper about diet before I increase test and add deca. Too many sides, and bp is usually an issue

Diet is getting better. I have dropped 11%bf in last 6 months. I have a lady coming over Friday to take my wife and I shoping and going to come back to the house and show us how to cook healthy and make us a diet

i agree with both. Just cause you have it doesnt mean you need to use it right away. Get yourself sorted out before jumping on

This diet will be a ''healthy diet'' but it wont have sufficient nutrients to meet your goals, just head to the nutrition section and find out what your daily protein/carb/fat/cals needs are then present this to the lady and ask her to structure your diet around it and then show you how to cook the dishes

With that% body fat Estrogen problems seem to increase as well.
