Has anyone added Proviron to their HRT?

We talk about adding deca, anavar and others to our protocol. Rarely do we discuss this oral compound. There are some synergistic effects with it and T together such as controlling e2 and lowering shbg very effectively. Anyone heard of a AA physician prescribing?

    Any thoughts?

I'll do some research later and maybe we can have a conversation about this stuff.

I am not an expert - it looks interesting and have heard it mentioned off and on for years. I would love to learn more about it too. A conversation including opinions and thoughts would be great. later bro

I am almost sure that proviron was never approved for use in the USA.

That's one reason you don't see it talked about here. Maybe in europe it is used???

Flats, as indicated, I don't think it is as readily available at the clinics like the other compounds, such as deca and anavar. I would choose deca any day of the week for the fact that it doesn't do a first pass of the liver. On paper, anavar appears to be a better compound, especially for cutting purposes. Regardless, I don't think I'll be doing any additional oral stacks, as the liver enzyme increase and BP just isn't worth it to me. If my clinic only had liquid anavar like they used to ... Those were the days.

At first glance it does not appear to be very liver toxic. I was looking at the ability to effect E2 and shbg. It may also have some effect on fat - but mainly the first two. I will do more research.

    Thanks for the responses guys.

Yes, on paper it looks pretty liver friendly, as does anavar. Even with that said, anavar messed with my enzymes and BP in a bad way at just 50mg/day. Must be the price of getting older I guess! However, you are spot-on with Proviron helping to lower SHBG, and I don't think a person would have to take very much of it to get those results.

I was told that it would be a good idea to prolong T effectiveness, and something called SHBG. But i did not get some yet

I used to use it when I was on Dianabol, so not for TRT! Kept odema to a minimum, Dont know how well it would work in TRT though?

    Great thread Flats!
I used it as my AI when cycling, it is dht derived so the belief is it will contribute to hair loss...if your prone. Although it is a very mild androgenic, I dont think adding it to a protocol for gains would be warranted. Adding it for controlling E2 and lowering shbg is another story, but as the others said not us approved so youll never get a script for it.
