So I haven't worked out for a couple of years, and need to get back into shape. Before my layoff I worked out for years, but never did a cycle. From what I've read your first cycle can go real well if done correctly.
My stats are: 36 years old, 5'10", and 190lbs. I'm not sure what my BF is, but this is the most I've ever weighed. Since I've stopped working out I've put on 20lbs.
