    Is this a good first cycle?

    So I haven't worked out for a couple of years, and need to get back into shape. Before my layoff I worked out for years, but never did a cycle. From what I've read your first cycle can go real well if done correctly.

    My stats are: 36 years old, 5'10", and 190lbs. I'm not sure what my BF is, but this is the most I've ever weighed. Since I've stopped working out I've put on 20lbs.

    Anyways this is a cycle I was thinking about.

    Week Trenbolone-A Winstrol Nolvadex Clomid
    1 100 mg 50 mg
    2 100 mg 50 mg
    3 100 mg 50 mg
    4 100 mg 50 mg
    5 100 mg 50 mg
    6 100 mg 50 mg
    7 100 mg 50 mg
    8 100 mg 50 mg
    9 100 mg 50 mg
    10 100 mg 50 mg
    11 10 mg/day 50-100 mg/day
    12 50-100 mg/day

    I hope this post is OK it's my first one.

    Well if you haven't worked out in awhile I would workout for a few good months and build up some strength and muscle on your own...It's also a good way to practice your motivation before you get on a cycle. Because believe me, you don't want to start a cycle with bad diet and bad motivation.

    For a first cycle I would just take test and see how it treats you

    No the cycle is awful.
    Tren isn't used for a first,second or third cycle and also test only is a far better way to go. But if you haven't been in the gym for ages then I would stay away from steriods until you have got many months under your belt with some intense training.

    Test is Test, as you will hear people say. Different types for different goals.

    You should probably consider getting back in shape before touching anything.

    get your strength and routine down packed then maybe do a Simple test cycle, if you just jump into it you will waste your gear and even run the risk of hurting yourself!! listen to the guys heree bro and you will never go wrong

    Test enanthate or Test cypionate is a good choice

    Tren and an oral cycle only as you heard is a horrible cycle. Test is always a base and take their advice. If you start using AAS to get back into the gym, your tendons and ligaments are not going to be able to keep up with your muscle gains and you will more than likely tear something. Once you do that you'll be in so much pain you won't be able to work out for a long period anyways, so it is not worth it. If you feel you are overweight, steroids won't be the answer either. Get your diet cleaned up, and workout for a solid few months before touching the roids. A simple 12 week test cycle will be great as a first time user

    Should I take anything with the test. Maybe some Dbol tabs.

    No you should not take the dbol because you should stay away from the test and get your body fat down to reasonable levels.

    The risks are just too high. Work out and get back into groove then see where you are in 6 months. You will be back to being in shape and won't have to worry about PCT and all the other crap.

    just give it a little time...BF def too high and many other things as well.

    I agree, if you havnt trained in couple years then its a reasonable assumption to think your form on some exercises will need work, so this coupled with the added strenght from test and also the increased intensity you will most likely train at when it kicks in, makes for an injury waiting to happen I.M.O.

    I am definitely going to get back into the gym before doing anything. I'm going to start back Monday.

    How long should I train before starting. Some guys have said two months and some have said six months. I sure it all depends on how dedicated I am. I will also use this time to get my diet in order.

    During my work up to doing a cycle is there any supplements worth taking. Over the past year my energy levels have really decreased. Back in the 90's I use to take Ultimate Orange. I don't know if they even make it anymore.

    Do some cardio, get the diet in order and maybe you can add a good fat burner just to help you out. Definitely get some Multivitamins and some BCAA's
