New to the game, need some help and info please...

    Hi everyone, My names Dan.

Right, im a big guy 6 ft 4 ins and weigh 24 stone. Ive got abit of a belly on me but i want to kick the old lazy habit and tone up.

A friend of mine is on Tri Sus 250 doing 6 week course, 3 jabs a week. And i have noticed he has toned up nice in 2 weeks.

What i would like to know is do i need to lose my belly before i can start using this stuff? or can i lose it as i go? Im a lorry driver that works 50+ hours a week but i can do alot of heavy lifting when unloading so i find it hard to get to the gym more than once or twice a week.

Also are there any side effects to doing this?

    Cheers guys.

im quite new to the steds my self but id say get your diet in order before using any and you will reap the benefits of that first. have a look at the nutrition section on here for some good advice. ive just shifted a load of weight in the last year now looking to gain muscle.

Welcome! Please repost your questions in the Q&A Section of our board. You will need to include personal stats such as age, bodyfat% and listing training/meal plans is also helpful. Diet will probably get you where you want to be especially if you aren't eating clean.

That said, sus 250 can help you lean out but if you're going to do a cycle of 3 jabs per week yes, there will likely be side effects. Most 1st cycles are 400-500 per week for about 12 weeks. 750 is high for a 1st timer. You should have an AI ready along with a PCT plan before you start.
