It's weird when he trains he grows at a mad rate and eats properly etc. But then stops and goes on a bender lol. I haven't been to the gym in over 4 weeks and haven't seen any decrease in size or real strength either another 3 weeks and I'll be back into it again found a gym I am happy with thankfully. I honestly thought with the break I would be getting noticably smaller etc.

Well this season is officially a complete waste. They need to start to rotate out the dead wood and bring on new characters. Heres two that should go: Paulie D is irritating as hell with his YAAAAAA BUDDYY and Vinny is basically an italian eor from winnie and the pooh with his depressive oh well attitude.

For those of you who dont know how he does it, its simple. The guys is on sauce, his arms are full of synthol and his body is not that great anymore....he looked good the first season but now he looks sloppy and bloated, and his arms have no definition. One of my brothers friends use to be a massive sauce monkey and the guys routine almost every day was eat, workout for 2 hours, eat, eat,nap,eat, party, do it all over again the next day lol he was never massive but he was a big guy but now that hes not on sauce hes small! he shrunk down about 40lbs and doesnt look like that same person.
