    Eating Under Cals on Clen Opinions Please

    Have read a lot and seen a lot of people on Clen/T3.

    What are some of your thoughts/opinions/facts on the effects of eating like 1000 cals under your TDEE while on Clen/t3?

    Please keep in mind this is for a cut and that losing a little of the muscle mass is not as important to me as getting rid of those last few % of BF.

    Main thing is to not mess with your metabolism. That is what would concern me.

    It depends...what type of diet are you running? I'm carb cycling right now and on my low carb days I'm about 900 cals under TDEE; however, I'm only running clen. If you don't care about losing LBM then I say go for the T3 if you've had your thyroid checked and you're G2G, but I would start with 500cals below TDEE and check out your results in 2 weeks and see if you're happy. Keep in mind you can always cut a little longer, but that last thing you wanta do is lose to much LBM and have to regain it all again cause in my experience it's much easier to lose BF than it is to gain LBM.

    yep thyroid is G2G. I have always been really lean and eaten well. So for me it is easier to gain mass back than lose the fat. I just gained some belly fat for the first time ever over the winter. And it seems to be quite stubborn.

    I was planning on running some test/tren/masteron after i get this cut done and continue to do a lean bulk.
