I posted this in the intro section as well, but someone suggested to post here as well.
I noticed a common theme in many of the post in the over 40 section which doesn't seem to fit me. I don't really have any known issues, great health and physique for my age. No libido issues.
I am a 50 year old male, been working out all my life but mainly for quality of life, blood profiles are great. Feel good. Did 3 sessions of p90x last year and started on p90x2. I am a runner just completed a 1/2 in under 1:45, so my health is very good. BF13% 5'8" 145. My diet is above average for sure. I guess that isn't hard in America.
I want to start a low dose cycle for strength and looks, as I am peaking lately. I have the source and luckily no cash restrictions (one advantage of not being 20) My goal is not to get big,I want strength and lean mass.
My friend suggests starting low dose Test , 1/2cc first week, 3/4 second 1 for the rest of the of the 10-12 week cycle . Combine with HGH for 6 months. They are very knowledgeable, but want others opinions.
I also have thought about a Test /Anavar cycle instead.
Put yourself in my shoes, knowing I am runner/cyclist, not looking for bulk but strength and lean mass. Least invasive way to do it as I want to minimize side effects .
