I'm currently taking ephedrine. 40mg @ 6am, 32@ 10am and 24 at 2pm. I carry a thermos if coffee w me all day, which is about 6 cups and I drink a 0cal monster w my 2 pm dose for pre workout. My diet is and has been spot on. I started w ec to see how I would handler it before switching to clen. i have an elevated heart rate through out the day obviously ( pulse is 84bpm) and slows down to my normal 60-63 non at night. I have no high bp or palpitations.

I already have clen on the way from ar so I do plan on using it w my cut cycle. Here's a couple questions
1. Is it worth it? I guess ill find out as I've read tons about the stuff
2. How can I make the transfer from ec to clen? Just stop ec abs start clen? Should i taper off ec then stsrt clen?
3. I've gathered that ec stimulates multiple receptors, including beta 2, but clen hits beta 2 only. Ive read also that 2 on clen, 2 off is typical and using ec between is ok, if this is tge case w receptors, wouldn't I need keto regardless and may as well run clen w keto for a longer time

As far as dose, I'm a pretty cautious person so to start im gonna do 20mcg and increase by 20mcg ed and just not push it on my first cycle.
