tren a - weeks 1-8
clen - weeks 9-12, 13-15
looking to drop bf a few percent (10ish) and be up to 200. Is this possible?
never posted in this part of the forum, but just wondering where my calories, carbs, and protien should be...
i was thinking 3000, 150, 400
any suggestions would be appreciated. always done bulk cycles with bulk diets. never tried to really zero in on specific goals before.
