Hey everyone!
I am new here and want to start by saying, I have worked out for about 2 years now, although the last 6 months I slacked and just did not care and ended up putting on 50lbs of fat and am now disgusted to look at myself in the mirror.
I am having trouble trying to figure out the right cycle/after cycle and amounts that I should be using. I am not interested in slimming down / cutting right now, just want to add on muscle to what I have. I am asking for help because I do not want to try and figure this all out on my own, and end up hurting my body because I did it wrong. This will be my first cycle ever too.
Current Goal: add lots of muscle by summer time, again I do not overly care about slimming/cutting
