Pct help for my test/eq/anavar cycle

Currently i am running 500mg of test E per week. 400mg of EQ per week. 17 days into this cycle i got anavar. I started the anavar at 30mg per day. I have enough anavar to run to almost the end of this cycle (will fall about 2 weeks shy of last pin of test/eq). I prolly will get more anavar to run past the end of the EQ/TEST cycle . I am doing the test and eq for only 12 weeks.
What kind of PCT would you recommend? I have been recommended by a good friend of mine with quite a bit of knowledge to start Nolvadex as soon as im done pinning the last shot of test and eq. He says clomid is not needed, its all about the nolvadex. Since its a short cycle (12 weeks) he said dont even waste your money on hcg, since its expensive.
Now i would like advice from you guys on your thoughts for the minimum needed PCT for my cycle.
I do spend my time searching online and looking at forums but i see mixed answers so you don't know what advice to listen to . I want to keep most of my results from this cycle and i def dont want problems producing my own test.. thanks bros!

Nolva and clomid is best. And you pin 14 days after last pin.
You need to run an ai. And 30 mg of var is a waste imo

30mg of var is a waste even though it will be run for 2-3 months straight? i know you hear 50mg of anavar is ideal but 30mg of var with the test and eq should be good esp running it for that long .

so gearbox , you say clomid and nolva are a must together?
I hear people saying they run nolva through the cycle.

i agree nolva and clomid for pct.
12 weeks isnt really a short cycle
start pct 21 days after last injection
30mg of var isnt going to do much. Most run 60mg and up.

thats var, What about the money you wasted on it if you take such a low dose it isnt effective.

think of it like alcohol. You go out and by the most expensive bottle of what ever type you like. But you only take a sip of it every day. and then wonder why you never got a buzz or felt anything from it.

after your last shot you wait 14 days for test e. But since you are using eq the wait time is 21 days. you go by the longest wait time for what you were running.

this is exactly what i will be running next. (yeah yeah eq sucks) and i agree with Gearbox, 30mg is too low. also, start pct @21 days after last pin. agree with Gixxer, longest ester in cycle prevails and dictates pct start time. GB was likely thinking test e as it's part of your cycle..freudian slip.

Ok i understand now. or i can use the rest of the eq at week 11 .
still use the rest of the test at week 12.
then start the pct 2 weeks after

yes you can stop eq at wk11 and continue with enth to end of wk12 and start pct at beginning of wk15.

var doesnt burn fat.
but min dose should be 60mg
