Im here for education and awareness.
Im 30 year old male. Pre Cycle.
Im 155lbs 14.65% BF and 5'9
Been training for a year and 4 months approx 3-4 days a week.
Looking to gain 40lbs and keep it.
I have a hard time keeping weight up, and gaining. I was 132 last year before training and eating better.
Im in the research part of my Test cycle I plan on doing.
Anyone interested in helping me achieve my goals is very welcome and appreciated.
