As a newbie I'd like to tread carefully. I'm still searching for a provider actually, but that's not nearly the only thing I expect to gain here. I'm excited to learn from people who have been dedicating there lives to strength and speed.
A little about myself then. Physically, I am 26, 5-9, about 175lbs right now. I was down to 164lbs or so this summer and measured in at 9.9%BF. I'm not sure what BF% I am now, but I'm sure I'd get fairly sad if I knew, haha. I've got myself a new profession in the world of Physical Therapy, between that and school I haven't had the lot of the time I desire to build my body. However, with summer coming (and school coming to an end for a few months) I plan to get back at it, with vigor.
I never really gave much thought to cycling, until a couple months ago. I've been doing whatever research I can, but realize it is a very deep, systematic activity, so I'm here, to learn. Any help I could get navigating the boards, or tips for working out would be greatly appreciated.
Before you ask, my diet has currently been less than ideal, but not terrible. I know that diet is fundamental to everything else we do. I am getting back into it but need ideas on how to balance a new career (very time consuming) with goals that are difficult, but very attainable. I'd like to get down to about 8% BF, I'm thinking 170lbs or so.
Again, thanks for having me and all info is appreciated.
