23 years old/ 245 lbs / 6'4 / 13% BF/ 6 years Lifting experience
History: My first cycle was when I was 21, I ran test cyp 600mg ew for 12 weeks with superdrol as a kickstart first 4 weeks. i used Arimidex while on and nolva/clomid for PCT. I had a log for this cycle if you want to check it out look through my posts.
NEW CYCLE:
1-12 Test CYP 500mg
1-12 Liquidex .5mg EOD will up to ED if i see bloat/sides
1-5 Oral Turinabol 50/60/60/60/60mg
6-12 Anavar 60 mg ED (was thinking about upping to 80MG last 2 weeks)
14-18 NOLVA 40/40/20/20
14-18 CLOMID 100/100/50/50
HCG On Hand as needed (ANY suggestions?)
SUPPS:

Life Force Multiple Multi- Vitamins
LIV 52
Fish oil 1000mg
Glucosamine HCI 1500mg
MSM 1500 MG
Optimum nutrition WHEY protein
Optimum nutrition CASIEN protein
Diet: SAME AS FROM MY LAST CYCLE
Meal 1: 8 Egg whites,and 1 1/2 cups of quick oats OR 3 slices of whole grain bread
Meal 2: Whey Protien shake with water, and half cup of grinded oats, and a banana OR yam
WORKOUT : Hour 1/2 after Meal 2
Meal 3(Post workout): 1 can of dry tuna, and Yam OR banana
Meal 4: 5 oz. of Grilled Chicken with salsa, or a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce tomato oil+vinegar
Meal 5: 5 oz. London Broil with franks red hot sauce
Meal 6: Casein protein shake with fat free milk, and a handful of almonds
GOALs: To gain quality LEAN MASS (15-20lbs) without a "PUFFY" look and maintain the strength/size i gain after pct.
