They do basically the same things. 1) speeds up the heart, 2) dilates blood vessels, 3) thins out the blood and thus the increase in body metabolism. ECA is actually weaker in nature to Clen. 160mcg of Clen is a VERY serious dose. You should think twice about it. I'm training a woman who's on 20mcg for a week and she still thinks she's going to have a heart attack. If you're gonna run Clen, it's the real deal, you don't need ECA. Be safe bro., don't kill yourself. Slowly ramp to 100mcg to 120mcg everyday.
