    Clen AND ECA

    So this may sound completely idiotic and useless, but has anyone ever stacked clen and ECA? I don't mean all together but say clen in the AM and ECA in the PM. I was thinking about upping my clen dose to 160mcg split twice a day for the next 2 weeks, but it got me thinking about using ECA in the PM. Would this essentially be doing the same thing as an extra clen dose?

    Thought I should ask first...

    do you plan on sleeping in the PM? and clen has a longer half life and will still be in you in the night. Why the hell would you stack this? you looking for a stroke or heart attack

    That's why I thought I would ask. Didn't know what was worse 80mcg clen then ECA later or 80mcg clen and 80mcg clen.

    They do basically the same things. 1) speeds up the heart, 2) dilates blood vessels, 3) thins out the blood and thus the increase in body metabolism. ECA is actually weaker in nature to Clen. 160mcg of Clen is a VERY serious dose. You should think twice about it. I'm training a woman who's on 20mcg for a week and she still thinks she's going to have a heart attack. If you're gonna run Clen, it's the real deal, you don't need ECA. Be safe bro., don't kill yourself. Slowly ramp to 100mcg to 120mcg everyday.

    Ya I started Clen over a month ago at 20mcg then slowly worked up to 120. Took 2 weeks off now I'm back on it at 120. I don't feel a thing though, not even the shakes anymore. I know it's working, just saying people usually say use a dose where you have slight manageable sides and no more than 160mcg.

    120mcg is fine even if you don't feel anything. It's working on you. How are your results? Have you been doing bf measurement every couple of weeks?

    My results are solid but def slowing down and I'm 3 weeks out from a shoot.
    Since starting clen my weight has gone from 195-185lbs and BF% 17-10% (as of last week). All measurements are via bod pod.

    Diets tight. I can post it if you guys want, but I've been through all this before. And cardio fasted in the am for 45mins at 125bpm then pwo for 30mins.

    Are you cycling the Clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off? Clen will saturate your beta receptors and will lose effectiveness unless you take keto or rest for a couple weeks.

    Ya I got keto. Running it at 1mg Ed every 3rd week now.

    I think just until the shoot. I won't be doing carb manipulation so I'm not worried about running it all the way. So 3 more weeks max

    Yeah, that sounds good. I ran my clen cycle for about 6 weeks with keto.

    all depends on ur experience and how u handle these things honestly i take 180 of clen im morning and 40mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffiene around dinner time as a preworkout so i can go balls to the walls. i only do it for intensity purposes, but as for fat burning the eca doesnt add much if anything, ive noticed no difference since ive added it

    One question I cant seem to find yet is this. If you run clen with a 2wk on/off cycle twice, how long should you wait to start another cycle with it?

    Just because of some of the nasty cardiac tissue sides I'm going to drop it for a couple months at least and if I need a fat boost I'll pop some ECA for a bit.

    Something I noticed with people on clen. They were using clen to keep their fat in check and not concentrating on their diet. When they got off clen cycles they gained back fat faster then I thought they should. Just make sure you're developing a good habit of eating clean. Once you get off clen it'll help keep your fat level down.

    ya i agree. this has happened to me b4 with clen
