Hey bro, how do you inject into your calves? Do you posteriorly or externally? And what size pin?

I inject on the bottom curve of my calf on the outside. I use a 25G 1inch needle

Oh and I only inject 1CC and VERY VERY slowly. Its a pretty sensitive muscle and can be a pain if you over do it

there is also no pain when injecting into the calf muscle i find. THe only problem is the day or two after-it can feel like there is a golf ball inside your calf(i was injecting qv enan).

#1 place is quad, casue i can't reach my glute

i inject in the glute. t-4 AND NOTICED A LITTLE BRUISING AROUND INJECTION SPOT. IS THIS NORMAL OR A PROBLEM?
