18 years of age, 77kg, bout 5'8-'9, workout hard 2-4 hours a day. Traditional diet I stick to is alot of egg white, red meat, broccoli and milk, amongst protein shakes and bars. Looking to speed up the process and bulk up abit more, just wondering what advice people would have on what's the safest one to use, preferably oral but injectable to don't really mind; bit sceptical and worried about using it I like my life and don't wanna get sick and due or suddenly have a heart attack haha so yeah wondering what advice people would have on the safest but most effective and speedy one) cheers reply below yeah ?
