I'm three and a half weeks in on a sust 250 2 times a week cycle. And I have injured my left trap/neck. I can barely do upper body without reinjuring it. It has been a week since I woke up with the injury. Should I wait a couple weeks and do only lower body while I continue cycle? Or start PCT. This is my first cycle and this is the worse possible thing that could happen. Suggestions greatly appreciated.
