    simple question about time on and time off

    I assume that when someone says your time off should equal your time on between cycles that it also included the 2 weeks you arent doing injections or using pct drugs but just figured I would ask. So if someone runs a 12week cycle, then 2 weeks off and then 4 weeks of PCT they should wait 18 weeks till next cycle correct? thanks in advance!

    yes, time off = cycle time + PCT
