Ey guys. I'm currently on a deca/test cycle. I'm running this diet
1. 100g oats and 6 eggs (3 whole and 3 whites)
2. 250g breast fillet, 100g rice 100g mixed veg
3. 250g breast fillet, 200g sweet potatoe
4. 195g john west tuna slices plus 1 apple
5. Pre workout ( aminos, caffeine, arginine, beta alinine, dextrose)
6. Post workout: isomass extreme gainer 3scoops
7. 200g lean rump steak plus 200g sweet potatoe
8. Caseine shake plus flaxseed oil
Im currently in week 5 and up to 97kg. How can I improve this?
