    need help despret.

ok so im a 20 year old male i weigh 210 am six foot 1 and my body fat percentege is 15. i used to weight 323 pounds and lost the weight over 4 years. i am a mixed martial artist and have been seriously lifting for about 2 years for at least 2 hours a day 4 days a week i eat pretty perfectly, and about 6 months ago i screwed up my back and cant do barbell squats and understanibly can only deadlift 140 for 10 reps. those stats are pathetic and are killing me my training regimen is suffering and its litterally the main focus of my life. i really do want to compete in mma. but id be happy if i could just train as hard as i know i possibly can, and this injury is holding me back both astecticly and athleticly. Im considering starting my first cycle of steroids becuase i feel im out of options. but i am competly clueles on the whole process, and need guidence. i also need to know how safe they are. I know they arent the safest and im willing to risk it a bit but i need the facts. i also need to know how i can get them legally. i do not wanna break the law. i know these are all panzy style questions but im truly desprete for answers. thanks

Doing steroids is the worst option you could choose right now and this is coming from someone who has a LOT of back issue experiences.

It will not help you heal or feel better. I may give you a false feeling of feeling stronger and hurting yourself more. What you need to do right now is rest your back for a while. No lifting where the back is concerned until it's healed. Steroids will not help it heal. You may need prednisone or an anti inflammatory but those are different. Use ice on your back when it's sore or injured 3x a day, 20 minutes with ice on, 20 minutes off repeat at least 3x in a row, 3x a day.

Also being 20 you risk a lot more than just your back at this point. You would be risking damaging your HPTA, fusing growth plates (NO you arent down growing) and screwing up your hormone balance and test production for life.

Go visit the injury section and read up on other people who have injured their back.

Steroids are not safe for you until you will be 24-25 years old. for now, just keep training naturally, keep a good diet and lifting routine, and you'll get your desired results. you can also start researching steroid profiles now, because nobody is going to spoon feed you info from a message board

Listen to what these guys are saying. All good advice. You are too young for AAS at your age. You risk lifelong problems if you start taking them now. Wait until your endocrine system has matured.
Your back will heal if you give it plenty of rest. Ice and heat work wonders. Take your time and don't rush it. Use this time to educate yourself.

Steroids will not heal your back. You may need to just rest, ice and take some ibuprofen if it is muscle related injury. Besides the only legal way to get roids is through your doctor if your diagnosed with Low-T
