If you care about your safety wait until you're 25 before you start with AAS.
You shouldnt take it, you should wait many many years. A few pounds is not worth the health risks involved at doing aas at such a young age.
Starting test at the age may permently harm test levels. Be careful and read the sticky about age and steriods in the education sub forum.
Any recommendation on something else? say winstrol
wait a few year man...at 6"1 170lbs you are still not even near your peak! you can put on another 20-30lbs easy before jumping on sauce!
You want a good natural stack?
10g BCAA's pre workout
10g BCAA's during workout
40-50g whey protein/5g creatine/60-80g liquid carbs (grape juice) post workout
eat 5-6 large and healthy meals a day not including post workout shake....try to get around 20-25 cals per pound of body weight a day so at your weight that around 3500 to 4000 cals a day. trust me you do this and you should be able to put on 10-15lbs over the next 6 months no problem!
Also do mostly compound movements with free weight. Take the money you would have spent on sauce and go find a good sport specific trainer in your area, tell him you want to put on size and gain strength for hockey and have him put together a program for you...this is a much better idea!
Thanks guys, I already have a trainer and almost taking 150g whey protein a day with BCAA's but just looking for a extra kick but might rethink that now.
