    Proposed cycle

Looking to do my first cycle and any input will be great. Wanting to plan for PCT and things I need to have on hand just in case gyno rears its ugly face.

I'm 33 years old 5'8" tall, 265, around 25% bf. The plan is to start with 300 mg test a week with200 mg EQ. Then possibly move up to 400 mg test and 300 EQ. Plan on running the cycle for 12-16 weeks, depending on how fast I reach my goals.

I will be working out 5 days a week with 2 rest days.
What is everyone thoughts on this?

25% bf is a little high to start a cycle. you may want to try diet and cardio first to bring that down to 15%. starting a cycle too early with a high bf% will give you much more side effects compared with a lower bf%.

I appreciate what you guys are saying. I know it is not a diet aid, and I have have my workout with cardio on point, along with my diet. I have been going at it for over 4 months, and i have already made big changes. What i am looking for is more knowledge so when I do decide to add aas to my routine I will be well informed and prepared.

This is my current workout schedule. After Lifting I do 30 mins of Cardio, once in a while I will throw in a 15 min HIIT session.
Monday: Legs, 4-5 exercises up to 20 sets
Tuesday: Back, 4-5 exercises up to 20 Sets
    Wednesday: Chest, same as above
Thursday: Shoulders and Lats, same as above
Friday: Biceps & Triceps, 3 exercise each 10-12 set.
Sat and Sunday is rest days(some tmes I will do light cardio though)_

    Meals Today:
    7:30am-Shake with protein and MRP
10:100am- 8 fresh Strawberries, tbl spoon natural peanut butter, 2 slices whole wheat bread
12:00 pm- Half Sweet potato, about 6 oz. eye of round steak
3:00 pm- 1/2 brown rice, piece of fish, 1 avocado
    6:30 -Post work-out protein shake
8:00 pm- 7 oz eye of round steak and greek salad.

I don't drink any sodas and I am taking in over a gallon of water a day. I do consume black coffee and green tea through out the day.

How long have you been training? I agree with the others, bf way too high. Them AAS dosages are a waste of time too. Your diet also needs work.

    i agree with the bf
eq is pretty much worthless and high doses. At 200-300mg you would get more by eating another chicken breast a day. And eq can cause high bp so at 25% bf that would be another big concern
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Iv'e have been involved with training for 15 years. I got out of it for the last 2 years due to school and work getting in the way.

I am not looking to start tomorrow or even next week. I am trying to learn all i can so when i decide to start I will know what I am doing.

I don't know how to say this without sounding rude or Unappreciated... I don't need everyone telling my I need to lower my bf or that my diet needs works. I know that I need to loose more bf before I start. I am just one of those people that need to know everything that there is to know about a subject before I start anything. I am in the research phase right now. I just want information right now.

So if anyone would like to give me more information and pointer that i can start off with it would be greatly appreciated.

Hit up the diet section first. Trust me, until you fully understand calirie needs, macros, your cal deficit, and the tons if approaches to losing weight, aas are the last thing you need to worry about

Well Bro the reason we do this is we dont want to see anyone hurt themselves.Beacuse there are a lot of dumbashes out there who think they know better and do it anyway. Then we got to listen to them cry they need surgery for gyno.

    agree with gixxer.

i'd like to add that before you start your first cycle, make sure you have spent at least a year in the gym getting your tendons and ligaments ready to handle the strain aas is going to put on them. muscular strength develops much quicker than the strength in your connective tissue. without the time in the gym first, you are going to expose yourself to an injury and six months rehab.

Not gonna offer advice on your diet or your training... These guys have already told you some good suggestions.

I just wanted to say that if you've never used AAS, it's best to use a Test only cycle at first. That's basically what is being posted... And that 200 or 300mgs/wk of Eq is worthless. If you do a Test only cycle, you'll see a good baseline to measure how you react to other drugs. If you do some stack to start, you won't know what is giving you gains and/or sides... You get the point.

Continue on your quest of knowledge and I'd suggest that you, like Gixxer said, do 500mgs/week of Test for your first cycle. When you have everything else sorted out.
