    Then to now and onward

    I was 158 pounds 6"1 was going through a lot of emotional problems girls always said I was cute had hard times always closing the deal I had no motivation to go to the gym I started now I go everyday I started taking anabolics first started with sustanon for about 2 months now cyphanate about to take cyphanate and tren I am now 183 pounds solid I love my life my self esteem went up and i am a lot happier

    I went from 145 to 200 over 3 years of nutritional planning and a solid lift regimen. NO GEAR.

    It is possible once you TRULY commit to proper nutrition and exercise.

    Hey bro you did what you did and now you got big arms and confidence and theres nothing wrong with that. My advice isn't what you want to hear either but its this:

    Take the next 5 years off of gear and work on diet and lifting techniques. Use this new found motivation to continue to build upon what you have. Make sure you have confidence in yourself with or without that muscle. You look great man so keep it up and don't rely on gear until you know you can rely on yourself. You'll have a way better second cycle if your prepared for it. good luck
