    Cycle advice

    190lbs 29yrs old 5,10 body fat ? But I'm farly fit just like to cut some alittle fat on stomach.
    I've ran about 6 cycles all consisting of test e, deca, and tren e. my last was test e 300 and tren e 200.
    I just picked up sus and Winn oral. Never used eather one. I'm thinking of getting some tren a also.
    I was wanting to know how long to run the sus and what weeks to run the Winn. And if the tren a is a good stack with this cycle what weeks I should run it. I was thinking 3 pins a week on the sus for 12 or 15 weeks and 25 eod on the Winn. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Start by reading the steroid profiles of each. What are your goals? Did you do proper pct before? Du you have an AI and pct yet? What does your diet look like? These are just a few questions that come to mind before anyone can give you any tangible advice.

    This was the cycle recommended to me by a friend but I wana be shure I'm on the rite track. I forgot to mention I had ran a cycle of omniden before from what I understand that is very similar to sus. I did ok on tren e but have never ran the ace. I'm looking to gain some good lean muscle mass wile cutting alittle fat. Trying to get that 6 pack. I was told the winny would help with this. My diet is mostly lean chicken, fish, cerials with fruit, I drink proten daily along with vitimins. Of corse I'm not perfect with my diet but I keep it prety clean. I don't have it yet but I can get hcg any time I need. My guy keeps a wide range of about anything I need. Let me know what u think and if there's anything else u would add subtract or change please let me know.

    6 cycles and still weighing in at 190 with a >13% bf probly
    uhoh I would reccomend doing some serious reasearch and getting your diet in check

    The 6 cycles weren't concurrent I ran my first 4 about 4 years ago. Then I got lazy for a few years. I also suspect my last two cycles was week gear. That's why I changed guys. I trust this guy much more and by the looks of him his gear is working.

    First off you must have done something wrong cuz as a wise vet once said. "if people can't tell your on steroids, you must be doing them wrong!".
    (gix). I live this line btw.

    And if you got lazy then what makes you think you keep any of the gains you do get? Why waste time and money if after 2 months you go back to 190 lbs with nothing but gyno and depression to show for it. Oct and pct are a must and should always be on hand before starting any cycle. Also if you not eat and train properly you never achieve anything but a short term fix to an ongoing problem. Sorry for being kinda harsh but you seem like a decent listener so please stick around and read everything you can about what you want to do and what the best ways of going about it are. Don't just slingshot your way in to something like you have in the past.

    190 after 6 cycles? WTF?

    6 cycles later at your height you should be quite a bit bigger. Or, be at 190 & 5%Bf.

    Thanks for the advice. I've always worked out my hole life. Just hit a few years in mech eng school when I was also working that I just couldn't get my workouts in between 18 hrs of school and 30 to 40 hrs of work. That's one of the reasons I'm asking q's because I've never had any good advice I don't think. It was always told take this test and deca. Pin it in your ass once a week. I'm trying get all the info I can and do it right but it is hard to find a good source of info. Everyone tells you something different.

    What kind of test depends on the pin times and stacking is not a good idea with your limited knowledge. If I was you I'd focus on my diet, training, and rest. You need good food and time to strengthen your connective tissue so you don't cause more damage. It seems like your info has come from people who don't know $hit and in turn your own knowledge is very limited at best. Boarding on piss poor. There is a lot you can learn here by reading other threads from some real "winners" who haves just about every moronic question out there. Plus the stickies are a great source of info on how to do things right.

    I think I will just sit on my sus and winny. For anouther few months at lest. I'll let my last cycle tren e and test e set in a little longer. what types of pct and OTC would u go with when I do start the sus and winny. All I've ever used is hcg that's the main aria I don't understand. Or at lest point me to somwhere where I can read up about it.

    There's an entire pct section here. Check it out.

    But you'll need an AI while on and clomid and nolva for pct. you can read all about dosing and start time on gear in the pct and steroid profile sections.
