    Need some advice?

I'm 47 worked out off and on my whole life, just got back into it hard about a year ago. Workout 6 days a week 3 heavy 3 light. My goal is to maintain strength and put on some size, as i've gotten older this is much harder to do, I would like to know what i should try as a first cycle ?

    Thanks

At your age I would recommend working out a minimum of 4 monthe before thinking about it, you need to prepare your muscles and body for some shock.

Running a cycle with a high bf you risk high bp better chance at gyno. And if you ran a cycle at this level it would have to be a cutter beacuse if you try to bulk you will get fatter. Now I dont recommend it but people have done it.

Yes, that is what he is saying. I think the rule of thumb is aim for MINIMUM 15% or lower (feel free to jump in if I am wrong here...)
