I have been dieting since De***ber and have hit the month Plato. I haven't lost any bf in five weeks and this week I've started to actually gain weight. I feel miserable through my workouts so I have been interested in carb cycling. I get the idea of the diet just don't know where I should start. Can someone please help me set up my nutrition plan. I'm currently 224lbs last night at 6'2. Every time I post my bf% which my trainer has done for over 7 years everyone tells me I'm wrong so I'll post some pics.
