    Clean cut then bulk log

    So I'm starting a quick cut for summer then going to do a clean bulk over winter. Figured by doing a log on here it would help keep me motivated to keep going because some of you will read what I have been doing.

    About myself:
    Age-21
    Height-6'1
    Weight-205
    Bf%- guessing 12-14%
    Workout history- been working out on average 3-5 days a week since 2007 for football. Problem was I never had a good diet.
    Goals- eventually I would like to be at 225 pounds at 10-12% bf so when I'm ready for my first cycle I can reach my true long term goal of 245 pounds.

    At the end of the day I will post up my meals, macros, and my workout! Hope you all enjoy my transformation.
    Also will post a photo up of myself so you can see where I am at now.

    Looking good mate, you have made some good progress

    Get your diet up for critique, but you havnt much fat to come off, some fasted am cardio should work wonders with a 500 cal deficit

    Thanks guys! Really Been busy today so I didn't keep track of my macros. Sorry!
    Meal 1: 6 egg whites, one whole egg, one slice wheat toast
    Meal 2: 8 oz chicken breast with two small red skin potatoes
    Meal 3: pre workout protein shake
    Workout
    Meal 4: 10oz steak with red skin potato
    Meal 5: chicken wrap with a tall boy Coors light(went out with the bros)
    Meal 6: casein protein shake before bed

    Workout- shoulders/abs

    I was always curious because I never got it checked, just from pics I've seen I guessed 12-14%

    Decided over the weekend that I have no need to do a cut right now, so I will begin my clean bulk today instead to hopefully get up to 225 staying under 15%bf

    Gonna shoot for around 4500 calories a day, isn't going be super clean but I'm not gonna eat everything I can get my hands on . Going to stick with my chicken, bison, and lean steaks for my protein. Then eggs of course!

    Good call in bulking though I think 4500 is a bit too much and you may not be happy when your abs blur/disappear but keep us updated. Stick to the basics in the gym, nice and heavy!

    Yea I just calculated my tdee the other day and realized 4500 was a little high, moved it down to around 3,500 because of the fact my tdee is 3,341 calories. So I'm going to shoot for 3,500-3,750 a day. Will have my meal plan posted this weekend because Ive been busy on then new house.

    I would guess a hair under 12% already in the photo.
