So I'm starting a quick cut for summer then going to do a clean bulk over winter. Figured by doing a log on here it would help keep me motivated to keep going because some of you will read what I have been doing.
About myself:
Age-21
Height-6'1
Weight-205
Bf%- guessing 12-14%
Workout history- been working out on average 3-5 days a week since 2007 for football. Problem was I never had a good diet.
Goals- eventually I would like to be at 225 pounds at 10-12% bf so when I'm ready for my first cycle I can reach my true long term goal of 245 pounds.
At the end of the day I will post up my meals, macros, and my workout! Hope you all enjoy my transformation.
Also will post a photo up of myself so you can see where I am at now.
