    Steriod use!

    Right looking for serious answers! I am 19 years old, regularly at te gym 4-5 times a week, i have been looking into steroid use and all the information and obviously wether or not to touch it but i am finding it tought to get the gains i want even with a decent diet! So my conclusion was to gove a steroid cycle a go. So all the help and info would be greatly appreciated, so what am really asking is what would be the best cycle to go for etc looking

    Fix your "decent" diet to a great one.

    Spend time squatting until you have to crawl to the trash can to throw up because you cant walk. Deadlift until your shins are scabbed and each week you rip off your scab and all your socks have blood stains. Spend time making your biceps strong by doing bent over.barbell rows.

    Your way to young to consider steroids right now. If your not getting gains naturally at your age you should have your diet and your workout routine checked. Go to the nutrition and workout section and do some research.

    Glad to see im not the only one, although it seems to be my knees. I think ill be down to bare bone soon but hey My lift has gone from 60kg to 240kg in the last 3 years and damn deadlifts put on some size...
