    diet help please

    hi, i just started a diet a few weeks ago, added 30 mins of cardio to my 2hr weights workout, no noticeable results, still bout 210, some stats:
    23
    6'0
    210
    15-20%BF (guess)

    diet:
    meal 1: brown rice,chicken, sweet potatoe, carrot, broccoli
    meal 2: protein bar (homemade), yoghurt, peice of fruit
    meal 3: same as meal 1
    meal 4: chicken or beef wrap/rolls (wholegrain tortilla/wholemeal rolls), lettuce, tomato, carrot, extra light cream cheese, tomato sauce
    meal 5: muesli, low fat milk, peice of fruit, pre-workout protein drink
    WORKOUT
    meal 6: protein shake, 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 4 short cut peices of bacon, 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese

    my appetite is pretty huge btw, i could do 10 meals a day easy i think, but am limiting myself to 6.
    my goal is to get down to bout 10%BF or at least low enough to be able to do an aas cycle. any useful advise would be much appreciated thanx.

    get ur bf% chekd.. 15-20% is a big range and a guess is useless..

    Also need details on that diet - meal times, macros, etc.

    lol might have to go see a dietitian, not very good with numbers, tried to do my TDEE twice got 3017 and 3311, and macros confuse the hell out of me. and not to sure on how you work out your BF% ?

    cmon man u serious? ur tdee is prob around 3100.. i wouldnt give up that kwik and from wat ive heard dietitians dont know their ass from a hole in the ground...

    so how do you figure out your BF% ??

    1. call a nice gym in ur area and ask them if they chek bf% or where they recommend u get it dun..

    2. google "bod pod" in ur area

    3. google body composition analysis in ur area...
