hi, i just started a diet a few weeks ago, added 30 mins of cardio to my 2hr weights workout, no noticeable results, still bout 210, some stats:

diet:
meal 1: brown rice,chicken, sweet potatoe, carrot, broccoli
meal 2: protein bar (homemade), yoghurt, peice of fruit
meal 3: same as meal 1
meal 4: chicken or beef wrap/rolls (wholegrain tortilla/wholemeal rolls), lettuce, tomato, carrot, extra light cream cheese, tomato sauce
meal 5: muesli, low fat milk, peice of fruit, pre-workout protein drink
WORKOUT
meal 6: protein shake, 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 4 short cut peices of bacon, 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
my appetite is pretty huge btw, i could do 10 meals a day easy i think, but am limiting myself to 6.
my goal is to get down to bout 10%BF or at least low enough to be able to do an aas cycle. any useful advise would be much appreciated thanx.
