I have been training for about 2 years for three days a week but still partying on the weekend. I have recently taken things a bit more serious by stepping it up to 5 days a week and slow down on going out. I have starting a cycle on test e and was thinking of now taking anadrol 50s is this too much?? I can bench 110 kgs 2 twice and can do 25 wide grip pull ups so when can I expect big strength gains??
