Hey guys just wanting a review of my new diet, i stuck with it for about 3 weeks and gained about 1.5kg in that time but then fell sick for about 3 weeks and just starting back just want some of your opinions.
Meal 1 - 3 eggs 3 egg whites and 1 cup oats with water
Meal 2 - 250g - 300g chicken breast usually with green vegetables and cup of brown rice
Meal 3 - 1 cup wholemeal pasta with 100g tuna
Meal 4 - Optimum nutrition serious mass shake - 600 calories 25g protein 75g carbs
Meal 5 - Either kangaroo, fish, chicken or steak with vegetables.
Meal 6 - Usually fish or chicken with vegetables
Meal 7 - 200g cottage cheese before before bed
Also take 5g creatine a day, Protowhey straight after training and scivations whilst training.
All up it equals 2700 to 3000 calories depending on some minor variations and 270g to 300g protein and 300g to 350g Carbohydrates
Im 20 years old been training for year and 6 months have gone from 68kg to 82kg since i started and im 180cm.
