Hey everyone, I would like to start my first AAS cycle sometime this summer. I've done a bunch of research the past few months and here is what I think would be best for me. Please give me your opinions on what I could do to make my first cycle more beneficial for my body and health.
Age: 22 (I have chosen to postpone the cycle until I am older, I still want to perfect it though)
Weight: 235
Body Fat: approximately 15%
Weight Training Experience: approximately 5+ years
Weeks 1 - 4: Dianabol 100 mg ed
Weeks 1 - 12: Test E 250 mg twice a week (mon/thurs)
Weeks 1 - 12: Arimidex 0.5 mg eod (whether needed or not, plan to run through the whole cycle)
PCT:
Week 14: Nolvadex 40 mg ed & Clomid 100 mg ed
Week 15: Nolvadex 40 mg ed & Clomid 100 mg ed
Week 16: Nolvadex 20 mg ed & Clomid 50 mg ed
Week 17: Nolvadex 20 mg ed & Clomid 50 mg ed
Supplements: Protein/Creatine Hydrochloride/Vitamin B6 (while on cycle)
Also, I was considering running HCG in between the end of my cycle and PCT but due to the fact it needs to be refrigerated, it would be difficult to do given my living conditions. Will not using HCG be a problem?
