Where do we hold water when we refer to having water retention?
Sorry for the beyond stupid question.
Is it throughout the whole body, muscle and all?

"Water weight loss is a temporary reduction in body weight due to the loss of bodily fluids - generally through sweat, urination or defecation. Water weight loss may cause a drop of several pounds of body weight in a very short time - as little as one day - but the effect is always temporary"
haha i googled that

It sounded like a joke so I made a joke
What part of the body is it stored in? Muscle, fat?
Or just everything?
It is stored in the extracellular space. Mostly around fat cells in the subcutaneous layer.
Water retention within the muscle is related to an increase in glycogen storage, which is a good thing.

Awesome to know, also does "water weight" register as BF%?
It will on a caliper test, since it adds volume to fat tissue. I'm not sure about electronic ones.
My rings don't fit my hands properly when using a large dose of testosetrone or something that will increase estrogen. Use an AI and it should help reduce the water retention. Cardio, low sodium diet also.
